These terms cover use of OnliGrow's public website, downloadable resources, tools, and demo request flows. Commercial school deployments are governed by the signed proposal, order form, MOU, or other agreement agreed with that school.

1. Website use

You may use the public website and resources for legitimate informational and evaluation purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape protected areas, or misuse forms and tools.

2. Illustrative product content

Screens, metrics, projections, calculators, sample dashboards, and sample outputs may be used to explain the intended product experience. Unless expressly identified as a verified customer result, they should not be treated as evidence of a partner school's performance or a guaranteed outcome.

3. School deployments

Scope, fees, pilot duration, implementation responsibilities, data-processing terms, cancellation rights, service levels, and any school-specific commitments are agreed in writing before a paid deployment begins.

4. Data and privacy

Website enquiries are handled according to our Privacy Notice. School and student data handling must be covered by the applicable school agreement and deployment scope.

5. Intellectual property

OnliGrow branding, software, website content, templates, and materials remain the property of OnliGrow or their respective licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Educational and commercial outcomes depend on factors outside OnliGrow's control, including implementation, participation, school context, and student engagement. The website does not guarantee academic, admissions, career, revenue, retention, or other outcomes.

7. Changes

We may update public website content and these website terms as the product, operating model, and applicable requirements evolve. Material contractual commitments to a school are governed by the signed school agreement, not by general website copy.
