This notice explains the information we collect through the OnliGrow marketing website and how to contact us about it. School deployments may involve additional data-processing terms, which are agreed with the school before a pilot or rollout begins.
Website enquiries
When you request a demo, download a resource, join the newsletter, or use a lead form, we may collect information such as your name, organisation, work email, phone number, approximate student count, preferences, and anything you choose to write to us.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, prepare relevant material, schedule calls, understand which resources are useful, and improve our outreach. We do not sell website enquiry data to advertisers.
Analytics and cookies
Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are controlled through the consent banner. You can reject them or change your choices later from the footer.
School and student data
A school deployment should define what student or school data is actually needed, who needs access, how long it should be retained, and how deletion or export requests will be handled. We do not make an India-only data-residency claim on this website. Hosting and data-location requirements must be reviewed as part of the school deployment scope.
Children and students
We aim to collect only the information needed for an agreed educational purpose. Where a deployment involves children or student accounts, consent, notice, access, and retention requirements must be agreed with the school and handled according to applicable law and the final operating model.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted through the website by emailing info@onligrow.in. We may need to retain limited information where required for security, legal, or contractual reasons.
Service providers
OnliGrow uses managed technology providers to host and operate the website and related backend services. Access should be limited to what is required to provide those services. School-specific vendor and data-location requirements can be reviewed before a pilot.

Applicable Indian data-protection law
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have phased commencement dates. OnliGrow reviews its practices as applicable requirements take effect. This notice is a description of current practices, not a legal compliance certification.
