The School Pilot Readiness Checklist

A plain-language planning aid for leadership teams evaluating a new student-outcomes program. It helps surface operating questions before the pilot starts.

• Define the school problem and the decision the pilot should inform
• Name the grades, cohort, timetable, and school coordinator
• Write down teacher, school, and OnliGrow responsibilities
• Agree which student skills, projects, or portfolio evidence will be reviewed
• Record a reasonable baseline before judging change
• Schedule leadership checkpoints during the pilot
• Document data access, notice, retention, and deletion expectations
• Set a clear review point for stopping, changing, or expanding the program
